How to manage cleaning in neighboring communities
In some areas of Sotogrande, it is common to live in flats and apartments within a community of neighbors composed of all the homes of the same building. Each community will vary according to the homes that compose it, also having common areas, such as internal courtyards, parking, swimming pool, sports courts … etc. On the other hand there are others that, being smaller, the only common areas they have are the stairs, the landing and the portal. Each will require a series of specific services and concrete management to control or maintain the different stipulated standards and correct conditions always agreed with the President.
Most of the communities resort to the hiring of community cleaning companies in order to achieve proper and adequate cleaning and hygiene for these spaces.
